| Vehicles can only be viewed the Friday before the auction from 3pm to 5pm. All vehicles must be paid for by Thursday June 12th at 5:00 pm and removed from the lot by Tuesday June 17th at 5:00pm. No Exceptions. Cash and Approved Checks and Credit Cards. The customer is responsible for all credit card fees and must have a valid ID that matches the name on the credit card. Do not bid on a vehicle based on the personal property inside that vehicle. The vehicle may get cleaned out prior to the auction. All personal property left inside the vehicle on the day of sale will be sold with the vehicle. A bid is a binding contract, which obligates you to complete the purchase of the vehicle if you are the winning bidder. All vehicles are sold "as is, where is" with no warranty or guarantee expressed or implied. Inspection of the vehicles before bidding is strongly encouraged and recommended. Failure to pay for a purchase after winning the bid will result in legal action in Sedgwick County Kansas to recover bid amount and storage fees. Out of state buyers - Be sure to check your state laws to make sure your state will accept a possessory lien affidavit issued in Kansas. Any title affidavits or title work will be issued in the name of the purchaser only. The information shown regarding the engine and transmission is what the vehicle was equipped with when manufactured. Vehicles represented as "Runs & Drives” were test driven at the tow lot only, not on the street or highway. Statements made day of sale take precedence over anything previously stated.
