| All vehicles must be paid for and removed from the lot by Wednesday May 7th at 5:00pm. No Exceptions. The title affidavit fee is now $100.00 per vehicle. No charge if you don't need it. A bid is a binding contract, which obligates you to complete the purchase of the vehicle if you are the winning bidder. All vehicles are sold "as is, where is" with no warranty or guarantee expressed or implied. Inspection of the vehicles before bidding is strongly encouraged and recommended. Failure to pay for a purchase after winning the bid will result in legal action in Sedgwick County Kansas to recover bid amount and storage fees. Out of state buyers - Be sure to check your state laws to make sure your state will accept a possessory lien affidavit issued in Kansas. Any title affidavits or title work will be issued in the name of the purchaser only. Possessory lien title affidavits will be issued in the name of the buyer and cost $50.00 each. Do not bid on a vehicle based on the personal property inside that vehicle.
