| Closed on Monday. Vehicle inspection viewing times ** 9:00 - 9:30am Tuesday morning before sale only. Please be ready to provide photo identification for viewing vehicles. All sold vehicles must be paid for by Thursday the week of the sale at 5:00pm. Vehicles must be removed from the lot within 5 days from the sale date or by 7pm on Sunday. Anything left past that date is subject to storage fees of $35 per day, per vehicle. If the vehicle is not paid and removed by that time, the transaction is considered null and void and the towing company may sell the vehicle to the next highest bidder. Do not bid on a vehicle based on the personal property inside that vehicle. The vehicle may get cleaned out prior to the auction. A bid is a binding contract, which obligates you to complete the purchase of the vehicle if you are the winning bidder. All vehicles are sold "as is, where is" with no warranty or guarantee expressed or implied. Inspection of the vehicles before bidding is strongly encouraged and recommended. Failure to pay for a purchase after winning the bid will result in legal action in Sedgwick County Kansas to recover bid amount and storage fees. Out of state buyers - Be sure to check your state laws to make sure your state will accept a possessory lien affidavit issued in Kansas. Any title affidavits or title work will be issued in the name of the purchaser only. No auction releases on Saturday or Sunday. Possessory Papers: $50 day of sale; $100 next day or later. DO NOT BID IF YOU CANNOT PAY.Any vehicle that cannot be driven off the lot must be loaded on a truck, trailer, or dollies. The use of tow straps, chains or ropes are not permitted on the property. Due to COVID-19 concerns, visitors may be asked to wear a mask in our facility and may be subject to temperature screening. The information shown regarding the engine and transmission is what the vehicle was equipped with when manufactured. Buyers are encouraged to inspect the vehicle engine and transmission prior to bidding if that is of importance to you. Vehicles represented as "Runs & Drives" will start and go into gear.
